    Pros +

    • Friendly stuff, good food, nice entertainment. Seaview from the room was breathtaking.
    • Weather was great, like always in Turkey. The Olive Festival was nice. Some of the staff was super-friendly and helpful - special thanks to daria from Concierge and Burak from Snack Bar.
    • Everything was perfect - the food and drink selection, the cleanliness, the all-day activities, location, the staff. I would definitely recommend!

    Cons -

    • The overall look&feel of the hotel is not for 5*. The food range was limited comparing to other hotels we've been in Turkey. The beach towels has a smell and you don't make much difference in quality (actually none) to the bathroom towels - they were all the same. The bathrobes are very old - you can see by the wholes they have... The sunbeds and the the beach umbrellas were mostly damaged. Drinks although better, despite ultra-all-inclusive were locals (even Martini and Tequila were made in Turkey ...). You would expect a lot of traditional Turkish food but most famous one were missing. Some strange rules in place regarding allowing people to go early morning in the beach and pool areas. In the evening there's a lot of noise from daily parties - you can't relax before 11 PM in any of the sea-view rooms. The concept of adult only is not felt at all in the sea area (nearby hotels were family type and you are practically all together in the water and all the noise from their pools and "aqua"-parks are hear very well in our area. Obviously the hotel capacity is not linked with the sunbed number and every morning is a chase to get a free one in a good place and for that you need to wake-up before 7 AM. The TV in the room was such an old generation - you can't connect anything with it, nore with cable nor by mirroring. The water pressure in the shower is very low in the highest floors.
    • Location is quiet far from antalya airport and Vip bus is very expensive starts at €100 ? But its fine been sorted!
    • Going out of Hotel is not good idea. Everyone try to rip you off and sell you the lowest possible quality products. Also tour operators inside Hotel who are very annoying will try to sell you overpriced excursions and you will be slammed with additional payments afterwards.

Everything was great!I never rated 10 to any hotel before. This is my first time, and indeed, Selene deserves 10/10. Staff are super amazing, the place is well maintained, clean, facilities are new! The food is super delicious, with different varieties of food daily, sweets, drinks and everything! Also, the entertainment events are great! I strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to Antalya to stay here, you will have the best experience ever! It's worth everything penny you pay! In fact, you will get way more than what you paid for!

Everything was amazing inside hotel. Staff was very polite and professional especially Yasemin :) Food is amazing and there is variety of it for every meal. Pool is very clean but sea is very dirty.

The food was quite good. Plentiful but very repetitive.. we do t normally stay in an all inclusive so maybe that is normal

We booked. Room with a large balcony to relax on as shown in the photos on both booking.com and on their website. However when we arrived our room was very very poor with a tiny balcony. Smaller than any other in the hotel . Frustrating when we paid extra . When we asked to be moved it was not an easy procedure … we had to wait 2 days to move and we were only staying for 5 . When eventually we got the room we expected it was infact very nice . The balcony was lovely with large window overlooking the bay.Unfortunately there does not seem to be any recourse on this . Tricky as we had 2 days in a room that is very dark and unfit for purpose. Unless at a bargain price and guests are made aware.

Early check-in. Friendly staff. Delicious food

The entertainment program needs to be revisioned. For people under 50 y.o. there is almost nothing to do there in evenings. Once or two times a week there is an outdoor party. And on Saturday there is a band concert. On other days you may get bored. The entertainment is mostly for 50+ y.o. Even though we saw how oldies wanted to dance during the concert. They offer a transfer to a club in Alanya almost(?) every day. But it’s something you have to pay for additionally (entrance and drinks). On the -1 floor there is a disco room that might be used for parties, but it wasn’t (at least during our stay).Another thing is that we had booked a particular table for a birthday dinner. But the staff messed it up.

fantastic beach location - and looks super smart. rooms with a Seaview are a must and worth the upgradeThe spy is fantastic, and I would recommend a Turkish bath when you arrive as my skin has never felt better, and the massages are fantasticIt is about 25 minutes drive from the town centre of Alayna which has a beautiful castle area and fantastic panoramic restaurants and great beachesThe patisserie serves very nice coffee and cakes and waffles at 4 pm, which are amazing

It is quite small tho so I would reckon in busiest seasons, you will struggle to get a sunbed, unless you go down super early. And there is really only one restaurant so the food is pretty much the same every night. The à la cart gets busy and booked up early so you do need to make sure you book that as soon as you arrive. The all inclusive is a good option - However, the local spirits are awful. And if you want, for example, real Aperol with an Aperol spritz it is €10 or €5 for a corona ! You can, however, go to a local supermarket and get better stuff for cheaper. There were a couple of hotels surrounding this hotel that allow kids, and look pretty huge. We went at the start of the season so a few of them were not open yet, however, I would definitely think during high season and there will be a lot of noise surrounding this beautiful hotel which may not be what you want on a adult only holiday! room cleaning could have been better - they didn’t replace any of our mugs or glasses without request but they do come every day if asked.

The staff was impeccable, everyone kind and helpful, always smiling :) All the food was so delicious and fresh. Our room was clean.

The elevator was many times broken. The sea is shared with several hotels, which are full with childrens, so the adult concept by the sea not working :/ Beach was little and dirty.

    9JennyPosted on: 6-4-2023

the hotel reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I arranged transportation last minute, thank you ?? foyer open plan with easy access to the lifts, restaurants and pool/beach. The hairdressers is really worth a visit ??‍♀️??‍??the pastries, waffles and coffee shop is lovely ? there is food for everyone, if you have food allergy or gastro issues, I would suggest to email reception and let them know, as this may not flag to them when being booked. all the waitresses and waiter’s are friendly, fun and efficient ?????? there is daily entertainment, various gymnasts, dancing. The traditional night entertainment was fantastic.

the need to go to floor 6 for a large towel, but no biggie!

    7HazelPosted on: 6-3-2023

We were there for European Hockey Tournament. I guess it was clean and pool and gym good

Restrictions on bringing in guests when we offered to pay. overly aggressive security when we asked to borrow 2 plates to take cakes for a 30th birthday. Reception. staff unhelpful. Website advertising sguest parking yet we’re aggressively asked to move from a space deemed ‘mangers space ‘ which has no signs indicating this. There are actually only 6 guest spaces so no option to park if theses are all taken . People smoking on shared balcony. I would not go back - we were just went as we weee there for hockey .

Quite comfortable, only adults, great options for eating

there is NO soundproofing AT ALL :( not clear why it’s mentioned in hotel description

    8SeyedbagherPosted on: 5-8-2023

The staff and personnel were very polite and kind and persistent. The pool was nice and the sea view was beautifulThe pastry and cafe area was beautiful and pleasant.

The kitchen was poor and poor. In a week of stay, no valuable meal such as meat or shrimp or pineapple fruit, etc. was served at allMost of the days, the main dish was chicken shoulder and wings or grilled chicken fillet, and one day, calf's liverBasic hygiene items such as toothbrushes were not available in the room upon arrival and they would not bring them if you asked for them. The drinks were simple and from several economic and ordinary brands.A big king bed is basically two separate beds stuck together that if two people sleep together, they fall down from the middle of the bed and the shower in the bathroom does not have enough pressure at all.It does not have a private parking lot and it is a bit difficult to track the parking lot on the street next to the hotel, but the hotel guard is always there. The design of the lobby could be more beautiful and stylish considering the large space it has.And to use only the sauna, a separate fee must be paid.

If you are looking for a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you! I spent 1 week in this wonderful hotel. The room was very spacious, clean with a wonderful sea view. The complex is facing the sea and has private access to a beach. I really liked the animal figures that I found on the bed every day. They were folded from the fresh towels using a special technique. I've never seen anything like it and I admired the creativity. Thank you for that again. The food in the buffet was very generous with different meals. There were lots of fresh salads and I counted more than 15 different desserts.I would especially like to praise the service staff. They are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. They were always helpful and had a smile on their face.Everything is very well maintained. There is direct access to the sea with some loungers very close to the sea. The beach is protected by a small bay. I really liked the glass dome. There you could eat or have a drink in the evening. Several times I booked a massage at the spa. The massage rooms were facing the sea so you could relax and enjoy the view.I would like to mention Ms. Ata from Customer Relationship in particular. She is very very helpful and friendly person. Thanks again for your support. All in all a very nice vacation and for sure I am coming back to this place!

Amazing hotel, pool inside and outside, beach in the hotel, food is amazing and healthy, stuff is crazy nice, didn’t expect that but they really made the stay special! Boys-waiters made us feel welcomed and at home, served better than in an expensive restaurant, cleaning lady was so good to us, cleaning everything and making special birds from towels. location is also nice, not far from Alanya. We rented a car and did sightseeing, city is amazing. Cute cats and they allowed me to feed them haha very nice. they had an event every other night, like karaoke and bands. they finish 23:00 straight

wifi in the dining area was not good, but it was great in the room.
